BF Office ("we," "us," "our") operates bfoffice.co (the "Site"), including its authenticated Member Portal. This policy describes what information we collect from visitors and members, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Contact form (/contact) asks for:
Member Portal (/members): access is
gated by Cloudflare Access, which authenticates you by sending a one-time PIN to the
email address you provide. We do not set or manage passwords ourselves — Cloudflare
handles this authentication step, and your session is scoped to
bfoffice.co/members/* and library.bfoffice.co.
We do not collect payment information (we do not process payments on this Site), passwords (see above), or any information beyond what's listed above.
Contact form submissions are relayed securely, server-side, to our team at [email protected], so we can respond to your inquiry. We do not currently have an automated email newsletter or drip-marketing system — follow-up is manual today. This form does not send you an automated copy of your own submission; you'll hear back from us directly.
Your email address, when used for Member Portal access, is used only by Cloudflare Access to deliver your one-time PIN and maintain your authenticated session — we do not separately store or reuse it for marketing.
We do not use cookies of any kind on the public Site today — essential or non-essential — other than the session cookie Cloudflare Access sets to keep you signed in to the Member Portal, which is strictly necessary for that feature to work. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, or any other analytics or advertising tool. If that changes, this policy will be updated, and any non-essential tracking will not begin firing until you've actively consented.
We work with Resend, an email-delivery service, to relay your Contact form submission to our team — receiving your name, email, phone (if provided), assets range, interest, and message. We work with Cloudflare to authenticate Member Portal access (delivering your one-time PIN) and to host the Site. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes, and we do not have any advertising or ad-targeting vendor at this time.
California residents (CCPA): We do not sell or share your personal information with any third party for their own commercial purposes. If our practices ever change to include a sale or sharing of personal information, we will implement and disclose a real opt-out mechanism before that change takes effect.
Access and deletion requests (all visitors and members): You may request access to, or deletion of, any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
All data submitted through this Site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Contact form submissions are relayed through a secure, server-side process — your information is never transmitted with an exposed API key or in a way readable from this Site's own source code. Member Portal authentication is handled entirely by Cloudflare Access, an edge-level control outside this Site's own code. Once delivered, your contact-form information is also encrypted at rest by Resend and the email service receiving the notification.
We may update this policy as our practices change. Any update will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
